Nurse Toadstool is Peach as nurse, just like Mario is a doctor in the Dr. Mario games. Nurse Peach wears pink clothing as seen in the artwork. Nurse Toadstool doesn't have major roles and she is barely seen in the game.
Nurse Toadstool also appears in Super Smash Bros. Melee as one of Peach's alternate color schemes.
