Neil is one of the main characters of Mario Golf: Advance Tour. He, along with Ella, is a student of the great golfer, Kid.
Neil is the more energetic and competitive of the two, while Ella is calmer and open-minded. He likes to level up, and like his friend and rival Buzz, hopes one day to become an ultimate golfer. However, he can sometimes be lazy and a bit too reckless.
Using the GameCube Game Boy Advance Link Cable, Neil and Ella can be transferred to become a playable character in Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour.
