- This article is about the flowers that increase Mario's Flower Points in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. For other uses of "Flower", see Flower.
Flowers[1] are items that appear in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. When picked up, they automatically increase Mario's maximum FP by one. FP is needed to perform special attacks. These flowers resemble the early artwork of Fire Flowers from Super Mario Bros. and might be directly based upon them, considering many of Mario's special attacks involve fireballs. Variations of the Flower, such as the Flower Tab, Flower Jar, and Flower Box, also exist, giving the player differing amounts of FP depending on the item.
