Elephant Mario is a form that is set to debut in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, in which the character is transformed into a plump, anthropomorphic elephant. So far, currently only Mario has been confirmed to be able to use it when he touches a Elephant Shroom. Unlike most other powerup transformations in the Mario series, this form transforms Mario's physical body instead of being a suit of some kind.
Elephant Mario is able to attack and defeat enemies such as Goombas by swinging his trunk at them, not unlike Raccoon Mario with his tail.[1][2]
