Spotlight is a microgame in 9-Volt and 18-Volt's mode in Game & Wario, Gamer. Like other microgames in the title, it has an individual Cluck-A-Pop souvenir, titled BALLOON FIGHTER: Spotlight.
Gameplay
The player is a celebrity with a star-shaped head. Their objective is to stay in the spotlight for a moment, and not to stray too far from it.
- 1st level difficulty: The stage is a runway. The dancer has short legs and must chase a slow-moving spotlight. The crowd will applaud and the star will jump up and down if the game is won. The lights will turn off and the star will collapse if the player loses.
- 2nd level difficulty: The stage is a concert. The singer has slightly longer legs and must chase a fast-moving spotlight. The crowd will cheer and the singer will pose if the game is won. The crowd will look away and the singer will sulk if the player loses.
- 3rd level difficulty: The stage is a theater. The performer has long legs and must chase two spotlights. The crowd will applaud with their hands over their head and the performer will wave if the game is won. The crowd will boo and the performer will cry if the player loses.
