Template:Infobox Super Mario All-Stars 25th Anniversary Edition, known in Japan as Super Mario Collection Special Pack (スーパーマリオコレクション スペシャルパック), is an upcoming Mario game for the Wii which will be released in Japan on October 21[1] and in Europe on December 3, 2010[2] as a Wii port of the SNES game Super Mario All-Stars. The game is a tribute to the 25th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. and will be packaged with Super Mario History 1985-2010, a booklet that tells about Mario's history, and a CD with many Mario game soundtracks from Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario World, Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, New Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Galaxy, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and finally Super Mario Galaxy 2.

A special logo has been released to celebrate the 25th Anniversary, and will be used in the game.[3]

A red package sporting the 25th Anniversary logo contains both the game disc and the extras.[4]

On the Wii's Nintendo Channel as well as at the websites for the anniversary, there is a video celebrating the 25th Anniversary in all regions. The video uses game footage from the Japanese versions, but the differences to the English releases are minimal.[5] Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels is only featured in the Japanese version of the video.

It is also likely that the only difference between this version of Super Mario All-Stars and the original is the controls, according to the official Japanese website.
