Pak Elephant Derm is an elephant in the game Yoshi's Story. The little elephant holds up a "Stop Sign" and doesn't let Yoshi pass. To pass, Yoshi had to Ground Pound the ground, and Pak E. Derm would fall on the ground, letting Yoshi pass. Yoshi had to pass quickly because he would get up soon. There seems to be more than one, according to the game and the story for the level.
