The Hoohoo civilization, who are said to be ancient Hoohooligans, wrote jokes in pictographs called Hooroglyphs and constructed Hoohooros.

An old Hoohooligan man runs the Mysterious Mine Carts minigame.

Mario & Luigi: Dream Team[edit]

In Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, the Hooskis resemble brown Hoohooligans.
