Woohoo Blend is a type of coffee blend that players can create in the Starbeans Cafe from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and its remake. It requires 25 Woo Beans (10 in the remake) to create and when Mario or Luigi drinks it, he gains a 4 (2 in the remake) point permanent HP boost to his stats. According to dialogue that was cut from the game in the original Starbeans sidequest sequence, Professor Elvin Gadd would have specifically given this blend a try during his planned cameo.
