Okay, so I'm the founder of the Super Mario Wiki. You can call me Steve if you'd like. I created it when I decided that Mario needed a wiki already. It was bound to happen eventually, so why not by me? As far as I know there aren't any others as of now. If there are, (sorry).
I'm also the owner of Porplemontage Studios, my little webtoon/webcomic hosting site. Porplemontage and the Mario Wiki are my two main website focuses right now. Both are building great communities and I hope that keeps up.
