Gameplay

The objective is to place a capsule in the right place to clear the bottle of Viruses. If cleared quickly enough, the Virus in the magnifying glass will disappear right before the microgame ends. If the capsule was incorrectly placed, it will act as if the player got a Game Over, with the Virus laughing and Dr. Mario shrugging, ending the microgame in a loss.

  • Level 1: The player must place the capsule on top of the red Viruses.
  • Level 2: The player must place the capsule between the yellow Viruses horizontally.
  • Level 3: The player must place the capsule between the blue Viruses vertically.
