Hey Time Q, I'm rewriting the History section of Mario, but do the games necessarily have to be in strict chronological order, or can it be divided into series? (i.e. Mario & Luigi series, Paper Mario series) The series' sub-sections would be chronologically ordered by release date of the first game in the series. --Garlic Man (talk)

Yes, they should be ordered by and divided into series, I think it's all described here. Please adhere to those guidelines, and remember to include each appearance there, that is such in "other media" as well. I know this is a lot of work :( Time Questions 15:51, 17 January 2010 (EST)

I guess. IMO, I think GMT is better as a sort of "universal" time (somewhat like how we name articles based on the first English name, not necessarily the American, i.e. Mario Smash Football). Would I have to propose a proposal, or just mention it on the MW:FA talk page, if I were to want to change(or establish, seeing that there's no clear indication at the moment) the time zone system? --Garlic Man (talk)

Why can't I remove that if their reasoning is not valid. Also, why aren't you addressing the fact I already resolved the things you voted to remove the article from featured status for? All of them? If you think that a proposal to remove a vote is invalid than you should discuss it with the proposer rather than just removing it when you think it's invalid. It might be considered valid by others. Basically everyone freaking out about their problems in life. For example, Joe recently broke up with Sally so now Sally's freaking out and then she finds out that Joe is dating her best friend, Tina. Now Sally is mad at Tina for "stealing" her boyfriend and Tina keeps telling Sally to get over it. That kind of stuff. It's really annoying after a while. Censorship

FIs

OK, I was looking through the FI Archive and I noticed a massive amount of images (46 to be exact) and I think that this is way too many for one archive as it slows up the page. I think we should archive after either 20, 25, 30 or 40 FIs pass. 20 would make many archives but they would be easy to browse through, plus that's what we do with proposals. 25 is a larger archive than 20 and it easily adds into 100 so you can pinpoint your image archive easier. 30 is basically the middle number and it's not too high or too low. 40 is a very big number but it wouldn't make that many archives plus we wouldn't have to archive as often. I know. It means that that page was cascade-protected, and articles that were linked to on that page are also cascade-protected as a result. How do I know this? The same thing happened to Marcelagus. It's easy: Simply move your talk page to a page called "User talk:Mr bones/Archive 1". Your actual talk page will redirect to the archive then. Redirect Deletion

If you go to Talk:Cameos, you'll see a list of redirect. A list of unnecessary redirects. Can you delete those redirects? Also, a couple of them are in areas that are protected (Flicky, Chaos, Bruce Lee). Can you remove those too? Hello, I'm Time Turner.

As far as I know, there is not really a policy about this, and in fact I believe users may send warnings if they're really warrantable - but I agree with Bloc Partier that the warning you sent to TheUltimateKoopa was probably too strict. Time Questions 13:57, 29 April 2010 (EDT)

His two reminders had nothing to do with swearing (otherwise you would be right in giving him a warning, but this is done only if the same policy is violated multiple times). That's right, but he has been told not to do this again, and I think now it's fine. You were given a reminder by Bloc Partier for giving out warnings, but don't worry: remember a reminder is really just a way to inform you. Yeah I'll try to get to that as soon as I can. I'm actually banned from computer until may 8, but on Tuesday and Thursday second period at school we get to use computers, so I'll fix that then. But a lot of others users such as FF65, Tucayo, and Reversinator, have sigs that excede the box.

On another note, how do you start a talk page proposal? I need to make pages for Diamond Kindergarten and Diamond Academy and merge them with Diamond Elementary. Thanks.

Question about a Warning

Tucayo added the UR MR GAY piece of information to Super Mario Galaxy. I removed it, calling the edit "Pretty stupid". Now, Tucayo gave me a warning for calling him stupid. Is that valid? Also, he said the admins agreed to add it. Is that true? I just want to know. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

I'd say the warning is invalid. Calling the edit "Pretty stupid" probably was kind of rude, but I don't think he can give you a warning for that. It's just my opinion, though, I'll ask the other sysops. As for the claim that the admins agreed to add the information: I didn't take part in such a discussion, though this doesn't necessarily mean that it didn't happen. I'll check and then tell you. And to further answer your question: Yes, he can give you a warning when you were repeatedly asked to watch your tone in your edit summaries, which was the case, if I am informed correctly. I also had another user complaining about your rudeness shortly after (I won't say that user's name unless he decides to give it away himself). I'm going to ask you one more time: Be a little more thoughtful about what you put in your edit summaries.
