Canceled

1. If you want to end a proposal, don't just remove it. Replace the {{TPP}} with {{SettledTPP}} and add {{ProposalOutcome|cancelled}} below it.
2. Proposals you start should also be listed here.
3. Give it time. Takes more than one day for votes to happen, and people may not notice it right away.

Re:Donut

"Donut" is not American English. It's a cruddy nickname for the pastry to put on signs and brands, because the business owners don't want to have to put every letter of "Doughnut" on their tiny window on their little corner shop bakery. As shown with the American Krispy Kreme brand, "Doughnut" is still the proper spelling, regardless of region. It's like how the McDonald's drive in says "Drive Thru" instead of "Drive Through," because the signs are just small and it looks "snappier," I guess.
