Kroc

Kroc shouldn't be covered on the list of implied characters since they're not really an implied character, just offscreen at all times. They still interact with the player in some way and have vocal clips. The implied characters list is more for characters that are only mentioned but never appear physically.

Also, for future reference, instead of replacing an article with a message saying it doesn't exist, it should be redirected to the appropriate location by replacing its contents with #REDIRECT [[Article]], where Article is replaced with the destination, or marked for deletion if necessary. -- Too Bad!
