Warning.svg
This is a warning to stop your inappropriate behavior (making unconstructive edits) on the Super Mario Wiki. Please adhere to the rules or you will be blocked from editing this site.
If you feel this warning was undeserved, you may appeal it.

Please make better edits next time. Don't just leave the [[]]s in the Bowser article when you made the Baby Bowser link. Also, in the Mario Party 8 quotes page, please put in the correct quotes - don't put Bowser's quotes in all capitals (LIKE THIS) when they were actually small letters. Also, sign all your comments you make on talk pages with ~~~~. Thanks for reading, keep making good edits and you should be fine. Mario (Gold) costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC

number one: I did not know how to sign my comments.

number two: I genuinely thought we could use one link to "baby bowser"

number three: I was in a bit of a hurry while putting in those Mario party 8 quotes and that was a couple months ago.

I was just trying to be helpful, perhaps I do not know how to be helpful.

PS. I have Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Mario & Luigi: Partners In Time, Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, the game boy advance remake of Super Mario World, Super Mario bros. 2, and super Mario bros. 3. as well as the original N.E.S. versions of Super Mario bros. and super Mario 2 on my Nintendo Wii. I just might find some interesting things on these games but might not post it because i am afraid of being blocked.--Joeyjumper94 23:25, 20 September 2010 (UTC)

Uh, didn't I get that comment on my talk page already? Mario (Gold) costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC

I was archiving, so that's why your comment on my talk page wasn't there. Mario (Gold) costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC
Wahoo! I'm popping in :)! Anyways, Joeyjumper,
  1. The signature button is in the toolbar here too, you seem to have figured it out :D!
  2. We probably could if the words "Baby Bowser" appeared and were referring to the article in question. However we don't link the words "Baby Bowser" every time they appear. Once every now and then is good.
  3. Well try not to rush the work, do it once properly and don't have to do it repeatedly.
  4. Don't take that attitude :(. Everybody has something they can contribute, you just need a little help with formatting and I'm sure you'll do great, considering all the games you have :)
And Mario jc, I don't think a warning was in order, more of a reminder personally, a warning is if they are continuously breaking the rules, joeyjumper was just making a few mistakes. She just needs to be set onto the right track, not punished. Marioguy1 (talk)
Yeah, you're right Marioguy1, I'm very sorry (to both of you) - forgive me. I think I made that warning because I wasn't in a good mood then. I should have just told you only instead of giving you a warning. Sorry again. Mario (Gold) costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC

Uhmm What?[edit]

What's the point of your message in my talk page? ¢oincollctor rsitem209.png

Re: new quotes[edit]

Well for quotes, links should only be used the first time they appear in the content of the quote but in the byline of the quote (i.e. "I like pie" -Marioguy1, MarioWiki the bold part of that is the byline). There should definitely be links in the byline, but not in the content unless it is the first time the link appears on the page. Marioguy1 (talk)

A byline is the part where it says "this person said that"

i.e. in the quote

“This is a quote”
Marioguy1

the byline would be the part where it says "Marioguy1". Marioguy1 (talk)

I could do that, just type the name of the article...

However I am first obligated to see if I can help you do it.

If you type {{quote|Graaar|Boswer}}, you get

“Graaar”
Bowser

So basically type {{quote|then put the quote here|and say who said it here}}. However if you really don't get it, tell me the article that you put the quote on and I can fix it. Marioguy1 (talk)
