Don't even bother asking to be unbanned, just stay under the radar and create an account, and do not even REFERENCE your past life as a permabanned user, the admins will just block you. - No one's inclined to believe you since you kept evading that block (which makes it legitimate if you somehow haven't realized), especially since you're STILL doing it to this day. That, and I really don't think this user would benefit from your advice in light of that, assuming of course your comment correctly indicates they're in the wrong to start with.
