What's going on with the signature kart sets? I thought they stopped doing that in this tour, aside from the spotlight sets and drivers. Most of the karts and gliders listed are bottom-tier on at least one track in the cup. --Eth3792 (talk) 15:37, January 28, 2020 (EST)
