The Pony Tail Twirl works very similar to the [[Helicopter Spin]] of Tiny's older sister, [[Dixie Kong]]. If the player presses and holds {{button|N64|A}} while Tiny is in the air, she can glide by whirling her ponytails in a circular motion to reach distant areas. The Pony Tail Whirl slows down her descent, thus preventing her from taking damage by falling from high locations.
