P. 2-Cavern is the second world of Yoshi's Story, making up the second page of the eponymous book. As its name suggests, a grand majority of it takes place underground, though only the first two levels are primarily in an actual cavern; the other two are sewer-themed. As with the other pages, only one level can be played per playthrough.

2-1	Bone Dragon Pit		A cave infested by Bone Dragons. Usually, independent heads attack, but occasionally three-headed Bone Dragons appear as minibosses. An egg containing the Black Yoshi can be found here.
2-2	Blargg's Boiler		A magma-filled tunnel full of fiery creatures. This stage requires at least one Special Heart be collected from the previous world in the same playthrough.
2-3	Jelly Pipe		A sewer full of slime and ghosts. A giant slug appears as a miniboss. This stage requires at least two Special Hearts be collected from the previous world in the same playthrough.
2-4	Torrential Maze		A sewer full of rushing water and confusing paths. An egg containing the Black Yoshi can be found here. This stage requires three Special Hearts be collected from the previous world in the same playthrough.
