Nintendo 64 Original Soundtrack Greatest Hits is a compilation soundtrack album featuring themes from Super Mario 64, Killer Instinct Gold, Wave Race 64, Star Fox, and Blast Corps. It was released in 1996 as both a compact disc and a cassette tape.

There are significant differences between the CD and cassette versions, though they have the same tracklist on their labels. One prominent difference is that tracks on the cassette version play slightly faster than on the CD version, and they are a slightly higher pitch as a result. Additionally, there are many inconsistencies between the back tracklists and the actual album contents for both versions.
