A Woozy Guy is a Shy Guy that can do flips in the air. Woozy Guys appear Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and its sequel, Yoshi's Island DS. They work for Kamek, who sent them to get Baby Mario (and the other babies in the sequel) from the Yoshis. They flip and jump like the regular Shy Guys of Paper Mario. They appear in Yoshi Island DS's Island Museum.
