The G/S/B is 18200/13200/7200, so the player is guaranteed a bronze star at least if they complete the level.

Rainbow Road
  • In the Mario Kart 7 version of Rainbow Road (pictured), there are three Item Boxes floating under the rings of the Saturn-like planetoid. It is possible to get one of the Item Boxes in question by gliding, but the player must get back on the track after getting it in order to use their item.
  • Super Mario 64 was one of the games featured at The Art of Video Games, an exhibition held at the Smithsonian American Art Museum in 2012. The game won the voting in the "action" category for the Nintendo 64, beating out Banjo-Kazooie and Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire.
  • Since New Super Mario Bros., if the player stomps on a Dry Bones, and the head falls into a pit or lava, it still comes back out and joins the rest of the body, although it takes longer to do so.
