Sparkle Theater is a large theater run by Theets and the main location of Princess Peach: Showtime!. It is made up of various buildings and located on a small island near a seaside town. During the game, Princess Peach, along with a few Toads, visits the theater to watch a show, but are interrupted by the arrival of Grape and the Sour Bunch, who take over the venue. Princess Peach then sets out with the theater's guardian Stella in order to defeat them and save the theater.

Inside, the Sparkle Theater is spacious and elegant, and it features numerous plays. Each play can be accessed through its respective door, and is advertised through posters both inside and outside the theater. The shows being performed at the Sparkle Theater are:

• A kung fu play where Peach transforms into Kung Fu Peach in order to save a kung fu school taken over by the Sour Bunch.
• A ninja play where Peach transforms into Ninja Peach.
• An underwater play where Peach transforms into Mermaid Peach.
• A heist play featuring a thief using a glider, where Peach transforms into Dashing Thief Peach.
• An ice skating play where Peach transforms into Figure Skater Peach.
• A fantasy play set in a medieval town and castle overtaken by purple spiky plants, where Peach transforms into Swordfighter Peach.
• A sweet-themed play where Peach transforms into Patissiere Peach and bakes various desserts after they were stolen from a sweets festival.
• A mystery play where Peach transforms into Detective Peach and must find out who stole valuable artifacts from a museum.
• A Wild West play where Peach transforms into Cowgirl Peach.
• A superhero play set in a town invaded by aliens, where Peach transforms into Mighty Peach.
