Shiny Mushrooms are items in Paper Mario: Sticker Star and Paper Mario: The Origami King.

In Paper Mario: Sticker Star, Shiny Mushrooms appear as stickers and can be bought for 30 coins in Decalburg, Outlook Point, and Shaved-Ice Cave, and found in Whammino Mountain and Rumble Volcano. Mario can also earn one from the Traveling Toad after rescuing him in Drybake Desert and Holey Thicket. They normally heal 40 HP, however pressing A Button right before Mario uses it will restore 60 HP. It is sticker #80 in the Sticker Museum, next to its variants.
