If Yoshi has six eggs, it cannot spit any Needlenoses out. In Yoshi's Island DS, they can be viewed in the Island Museum. Sanbo Flowers reappear in Yoshi's New Island, during Kamek's battle in Slime Drop Drama. Unlike previous games, Sanbo Flowers spit out yellow Needlenoses, and are even spat out when Yoshi has six eggs.
