Ribboner is a Theet who appears in Princess Peach: Showtime! He is found in each play (except the boss fights) and can be assisted or rescued by Princess Peach. When Peach does so, he gives her a dress ribbon or a Stella ribbon. He wears a top hat and a red bowtie, has a mustache, and has a small bag with green and blue bows beside him.
He will generally exclaim a need for being helped or rescued, and if he is rescued, he will congratulate Peach or explain what he'll do after his rescue.
