The Pulse Stone is a stone Mario and company were given by Moustafa to gain access to Dry Dry Ruins in Paper Mario. The closer the player is to the ruins, the faster it blinks. When Mario finds the right location, he puts it in a rock and the ruins rise out of the sand while the sky temporarily goes dark.
