Parrotor is an extremely strange, cross-eyed cross between a lizard and a parrot, who just so happens to be the sixth opponent that Toad faces in Vs. Com mode of the SNES version of Wario's Woods. His eyes spin 'round and 'round, independent of each other. He also wears red, clown like shoes.
