Oshawott
Oshawott is a Water-type Pokémon that first appeared in Pokémon Black and White. It evolves into Dewott at level 14, which evolves into Samurott at level 36, and, alongside Snivy and Tepig, is one of the three starter Pokémon for the Unova region. In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, it can be spawned from a Poké Ball and attacks by using Surf, which involves it charging on top of a wave towards the stage's edge, dragging any opponents along with it.
