Nurse Toadstool is Peach as nurse, just like Mario is a doctor in the Dr. Mario games. Nurse Toadstool wears pink clothing as seen in the artwork. Nurse Toadstool doesn't have major roles and she is barely seen in the game.

Nurse Toadstool also appears in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl as one of Peach's alternate color schemes. Her dress is white, like all nurses have. But it's not her nurse clothes, it's her normal dress in white color.

In the Club Nintendo comic "Süße Weihnachten", Nurse Toadstool can be seen assisting Dr. Mario.
