Luigi Raceway is the first race course of the Mushroom Cup in Mario Kart 64. As the name implies, it is named after the green plumber.
This simple course starts and ends on a long straightaway and includes two long, left turns, between which a tunnel resides. Small shortcuts can be gained by cutting the grass and sand on the turns with Mushrooms or Stars. A larger shortcut can be done by jumping over the brick wall shortly after the tunnel with a mushroom, saving around seven seconds per lap. [1]
A rigged ? Block can be found on a big blimp at the beginning of the second lap, when it dips to its lowest point, by hopping with the R button. A blue shell can be found inside.
