The Mean Emcee is a completely green, St. Patrick's Day style boss Wario must beat in the game Wario World.
This strange entertainer is extremely weak, having only two attacks, sparkling with energy and dashing for Wario, and twirling his cane at Wario, both easy to avoid.
Once hit a few times, he'll hide under one of three cups, which will mix each other up, finally coming to a stop. Pick the correct one (the wrong ones have Ninja Crows or Magicians underneath) to find...nothing! Hit the cup to send the Emcee tumbling out of his hiding place, and execute a Piledriver, Wild Swing-Ding, or Power Throw Repeat five times, and access to Pecan Sands, the last level, is granted.
