Overview

The player first has to use a Springboard behind them to reach a platform above, and then do a Backflip or a Handstand Jump to reach a higher block. After pressing the blue Color Switch, the player can activate the Mini-Mario beyond it, and then both need to return to the platform on the right. The player then needs to jump back up onto the blocks and press the red Color Switch, then quickly move down to the bottom of the right-most rope while avoiding a Katakata Kaen Heihō. Doing this will lead the Mini-Mario through the crevice, and make it so the Mini-Mario does not use the Springboard. Once the Mini-Mario is on the ground, the player needs to climb back up and return to the start, allowing them to reunite with the Mini-Mario and unlocked the door.
