Heart (Wario Land series)

Hearts[1] appear as items in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3. When picked up, they award Wario 10 Heart Points[1]. These Heart Points then contribute to Wario receiving an extra life. Since no other Wario Land game has featured a Heart Point system, Hearts have never reappeared. While coins have appeared and had a similar effect in other Mario games, coins in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 do not contribute to getting extra lives, and Hearts instead fill this purpose.
Hearts can be found in many ? Blocks throughout the game. After appearing, Hearts continuously blink and stay in place. They do not disappear until Wario picks them up.
