After the Smithy Gang invades Bowser's Keep, Goomhilde is first seen leading Bowser's troop of Goombas in Rose Way. In Moleville, she expresses worry that most of their allies have run off. - In Rose Way, instead of Bowser announcing her ranks as the somewhat disparaging "groundling Goombas", he highlights her seductive charms in the Japanese version. The English version makes it unclear why she responds to this description by making the screen flash a hot pink, as she was originally supposed to be demonstrating her feminine wiles.
