Fun Gus[1] is a Toad that appears in Mario Party. He lives in the Option House of Mushroom Village, sitting on a purple floor chair on top of a chained bench while holding a remote. His name is a pun on "fungus," a group of spore-producing organisms feeding on organic matter which includes mushrooms and toadstools.

If the player selects him, he will ask the player what they want from him. The player has the option to either delete their saved data or decline.

In Mario Party 2, Professor Fungi serves a similar role.
