Frost T. is a green-spotted Toad and inhabitant and worker of Starborn Valley who appears in the game Paper Mario for the Nintendo 64.
Frost T. is first mentioned in Paper Mario after Mario and his partners drive havoc causing Shy Guys out of Toad Town; if Mario goes to the Toad Town Post Office, he can find a letter for his partner Parakarry from Frost T.; in his letter, Frost T. writes a thank-you to Parakarry for delivering the mail his family sends him to the frigid valley he lives and works in, saying his "heart leaps with joy every time he hears the sound of Parakarry’s wings".
