how to edit the aboutfile?

I got warned a few days ago for not configuring the about file correctly, I assumed that it was just something I missed in the uploading process, I checked there and I found nothing, Then I thought maybe it is on the images page? I could not seem to find it. If someone could tell me what I am supposed to do, I would appreciate that.
