Mean Woody is the evil version of Woody who appears in Mario Party 3. He lives in Woody Woods near Woody.
While they are separate characters, in Mario Party 6 Woody is at the top of Towering Treetop however in night time, Woody is replaced by Mean Woody. Whenever a character lands on one of Mean Woody's Green Spaces, instead of him giving coins like the good Woody does, the Mean Woody will instead take away coins by dropping Spinies on the character.

- As Woody looks like Whispy Woods, Mean Woody looks somewhat like Whispy's Revenge from Kirby Superstar Ultra.
