The Cloaking Device.
A Cloaking Device is an item in the game Perfect Dark. It is also used as a helpful item in Super Smash Bros. Melee. If a player picked it up, it turned him invisible for a short amount of time. He was not completely invisible, however, and sometimes even flashed to regular for a little bit. However, the player might not be able to see himself because of this sometimes.
There is a special Invisible Melee mode were all players have on unlimited-time Cloaking Devices all the time.
In the Event Match Slippy's Invention, the player has to defeat Fox and Falco who both have on permanent Cloaking Devices.
