Bluey the Walrus is a large blue walrus located on Timber's Island in Diddy Kong Racing and its remake. He also wears a tuxedo piece on his neck and has a Canadian accent. Bluey ended up being hypnotized by Wizpig and guards one of the pieces of his amulet.
Players can challenge him after they win all challenges in Snowflake Mountain. Players race Bluey in Hovercraft in his course, where it is a downhill mountain with rolling snowballs as obstacles.
