Namco-Bandai Holdings is a company that sometimes works with Nintendo. Originally, Namco and Bandai were two seperate companies; however, they have recently merged with each other.

The first Mario game that Namco had developed was Mario Superstar Baseball, which was Mario's first baseball game. They later produced an arcade Mario Kart game, which came to be known as Mario Kart Arcade GP.

Namco-Bandai also made Mario Kart Arcade GP 2, which included Waluigi and a Tamagotchi named Mametchi as new characters. This is the first Mario game in which Bandai has been involved; a Tamagotchi appearing is due to Tamagotchi being a series created by Bandai.

Their most recent Mario game is Super Mario Stadium Baseball, which is still currently in production.
