No clouds, no rain, why is there lightning? Well in the Mario Kart series, the Lightning Bolts are one of the items used in the game. It is usually received by Mario Kart racers near last in position, so they can catch up.

Effect

When using this item, it will shrink all other racers making them slower and weak. By this time, you can have a grand comeback and maybe win!

This item was also used in Paper Mario.
