The Vital Paper is an item that Mario finds that contains specific information about the Ratooey Buisnessman's company's, where he is imployed, new product, Nitro Honey Syrup. Mario finds it in Zip Toad's (who was actually Doopliss in disguise) room. With this paper as evidence against Zip Toad for being the writer of the yummy, sticky threat, Mario could go and capture him.
