Main Page Layout Suggestions

The QOTD should be directly below the notice template. No one's going to scroll to the bottom of the page to see a quote every day. For the same reason, the Latest Proposal should be above the Mario Calendar. Also, the QOTD should be called the random quote instead since it IS random and changes every time :| ^Plumber 18:09, 8 February 2009 (EST)
