Main Page Layout Suggestions

The QOTD should be directly below the notice template. No one's going to scroll to the bottom of the page to see a quote every day. For the same reason, the Latest Proposal should be above the Mario Calendar. ^Plumber 18:09, 8 February 2009 (EST)
