The Mach Bike is a medium sized bike in Mario Kart Wii. The characters that use the Mach Bike have their emblems on the side of the bike, along with a racing streak. The emblem also appears on the front of the vehicle. The Mach Bike is based on the bike of the same name from the NES game Mach Rider.

• Mario (Black upper-half, red lower-half and windshield)
• Luigi (Green upper-half and windshield, black lower-half)
• Peach (Pink upper-half, hot-pink lower-half and windshield)
• Daisy (Yellow upper-half, orange lower-half and windshield)
• Yoshi (white upper-half, light-green lower-half, blue windshield)
• Birdo (Magenta upper-half, purple lower-half, red windshield)
• Diddy Kong (Light-brown upper-half, brown lower-half, red windshield)
• Bowser Jr. (Yellow upper-half, green lower-half, blue windshield)
• Male Mii (White upper-half, black lower-half and windshield, the "Mii" emblem is red)
