Mario Strikers: Battle League

Mario Strikers: Battle League (known in Europe and Australia as Mario Strikers: Battle League Football)[1][2] is an upcoming game for Nintendo Switch. It is the third game in the Mario Strikers series, featuring new gear, items, and moves. Up to 8 players can play the game in multiplayer. The game also supports online "club mode" with up to 20 players. The game is set to release June 10, 2022.[3]
Characters
There are currently 10 playable characters in the game. Of those characters, Rosalina is playable for the first time in the Mario Strikers series, while Toad now appears as a main playable character instead of his species appearing as sidekicks in previous games. Unlike in previous games, no sidekicks appear to be present in the game so far, with teams being comprised entirely of main playable characters and a goalie. Boom Booms take over the role of goalie from Kritters in previous games.
