Flashy POW Block

Template:Item-infobox Template:Quote2 Flashy POW Blocks are items that first appear in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. They are flashier, and stronger variants of normal POW Blocks. They can be found by Upgrading a Shiny POW Block through Paperization, or Bouquet Gardens. In battle, they have a four star attack power, and there attack range is Ground.
