New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe is a side-scrolling 2.5D platform game planned to release on the Nintendo Switch on January 11, 2019 in North America.. It is a port of the Wii U launch title New Super Mario Bros. U. It contains both the base game and the New Super Luigi U DLC, which was originally released in 2013. The game introduces a new playable character, Toadette, who will make her playable debut in the New Super Mario Bros. series. Mario, Luigi, Yellow Toad and Nabbit all return as playable characters from the original Wii U title.[1]
